Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Attamian1, 2 was in the Telecom and Media Group at Merrill Lynch (then Bank of America Merrill Lynch) in London starting in 1998. He has 15 years of experience in investment banking and equity capital markets in Europe. Mr. Attamian was responsible for covering telecoms clients in emerging markets within Europe, Middle East and Africa from 2010 to 2013. He played a key role in a number of transactions involving Deutsche Telekom, Maroc Telecom, Megafon, MTS, Oger Telecom, Orange, OTE, Saudi Telecom, Telefonica, Telekom Austria, TeliaSonera, Vivendi, VimpelCom and Wind Telecom.

Mr. Attamian is fluent in French and speaks conversational German. He received a Master in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from Paris Dauphine University in 1998.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Chabria1 has developed expertise across virtually all segments of the health care industry as a banker and also as an industry executive. Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Chabria established and ran the Health Care Corporate & Investment Banking Group at Mizuho Bank/Securities in the United States from 2010 to 2016. During his tenure, Mr. Chabria led the firm to unprecedented successes in M&A, Equity and Acquisition Financings, and played a significant role in landmark transactions such as Actavis’ $70 billion acquisition of Allergan and its $28 billion acquisition of Forest Labs. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Chabria served as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Pharmascience, one of Canada’s largest independent pharmaceutical companies. Between 2000 and 2008, Mr. Chabria took on increasingly senior positions with UBS Investment Bank’s Global Health Care Group. Mr. Chabria began his career in 1994 at Chemical Bank and its successor, Chase Manhattan, where he served in various functions, including as an associate in mergers & acquisitions.

Mr. Chabria graduated from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1994 with a BA in Accounting and Information Systems.

Prior to joining TAP, Mr. du Luart1 was an Executive Director in the Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Group at UBS Investment Bank focusing on strategic advisory and financing assignments for real estate and lodging companies. While at UBS he has worked on transactions totaling over $20 billion that include the $3.0 billion sale of SEGRO's US life sciences real estate assets to Healthcare Property Investors, the $2.3 billion acquisition of Storage USA by Extra Space Storage and Prudential Real Estate Investors, the $343 million sale of StorageMart (a Warburg Pincus portfolio company) to an investor group, the $293 million IPO of Colony Financial, the $290 million IPO of Extra Space Storage and the $210 million IPO of Excel Trust. Mr. du Luart has worked on debt and equity offerings for companies such as Biomed Realty Trust, BRE Properties, CIM Group, Colony Financial, Dupont Fabros, Essex Properties Trust, Excel Trust, Exclusive Resorts, Extra Space Storage, Home Properties, Las Vegas Sands, Public Storage, Realty Income, Sovran Self Storage, Thomas Properties Group, and Vornado Realty Trust. Prior to joining UBS in 2004, Mr. du Luart was a Senior Analyst at Lazard in their Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York and subsequently in Paris. 

Mr. du Luart is fluent in French and has basic knowledge of Spanish. He received both his B.A. in Economics and his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Mavridis1 was a Director in the EMEA TMT investment banking group at Citi, an organisation he joined in 2003. He has held a variety of roles and has over 11 years of experience in investment banking / M&A, capital markets, markets and corporate finance across EMEA. Mr. Mavridis was responsible for covering telecom and media clients within Europe, Middle East and Africa from 2010 to 2015. Among the key roles he has played, are a number of transactions involving telecom operators such as Telenor, Telecom Italia, KPN, Millicom, OTE, Deutsche Telekom, Orange, TeliaSonera, Omatel and Batelco, landmark telecom privatisations such as Telekom Slovenije and telecom and media investments by large financial sponsors such as KKR, Apax and Providence.

Mr. Mavridis is fluent in Greek and speaks conversational German. He has received a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in Pennsylvania, US and a BSC in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Prior to joining TAP in 2010, Mr. Nelson1 was a Managing Director at Evercore Partners in the firm’s corporate advisory business, covering mainly the Power & Utilities sector having advised clients such as Consol Energy, Constellation Energy, Duke Energy, Exelon Corporation, PG&E Corporation and PNM Resources. Mr. Nelson also assisted in the firm’s Strategy and Business Development effort building out the firm’s asset management business being involved in Mizuho’s $120mm investment and M&A alliance and the formation of Evercore Wealth Management. Prior to joining Evercore in 2006, Mr. Nelson was an Executive Director in the Telecommunications Group at UBS Investment Bank starting his career at Dillon Read (a predecessor firm to UBS). Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Nelson worked in the corporate development department at Crane Company, a manufacturer of engineered industrial products. Mr. Nelson has extensive advisory and financing expertise in the telecommunications industry including Vodafone’s bid for AT&T Wireless, Infonet’s sale to BT Group, SBC’s sale of its stake in Bell Canada, Citizens Communications’ $700mm high yield financing and the IPO of Eschelon Telecom.  

Mr. Nelson speaks fluent Swedish and is conversant in both French and Spanish. He graduated summa cum laude from Babson College with a B.S. in Finance.

Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Park1 was a Director at Menlo Capital Group, a family investment firm, where he was responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, execution and capital raising, including raising $120 million in private equity financing to pursue middle-market healthcare investments. Before joining Menlo in 2007, Mr. Park was at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, where he worked on a broad range of private equity transactions totaling $4.5 billion in transaction value across the healthcare, business services and industrials sectors. Prior to joining DLJ, Mr. Park worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at UBS Investment Bank, where he executed a variety of advisory assignments for corporate clients and financial sponsors.

Mr. Park graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Mathematics and a B.S in Economics and completed the General Course at the London School of Economics. He has a basic knowledge of Korean.

Prior to joining TAP in 2011, Mr. Breyter1 worked at a number of middle-market private equity firms based in the United States and Europe. Mr. Breyter started his career in the Financial Sponsors Group of JP Morgan where he covered large-cap and middle-market private equity funds. While at JP Morgan, Mr. Breyter worked on number of transactions spanning a wide array of industries, including notable transactions such as the $33 billion buyout of HCA.

Mr. Breyter earned his MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School at the University of Rochester. Additionally, he graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Computer Science. Mr. Breyter is conversant in Russian.

Mr. Sand1 joined the TAP Advisors Health Care group in April 2016. Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Sand was a Vice President in Mizuho’s Health Care Corporate & Investment Banking group in New York, where he was an integral part of the coverage team for all of the firm's major health care clients, including Allergan, Amgen, Biogen, Danaher, Express Scripts, Gilead, and Mallinckrodt. Mr. Sand has extensive advisory and financing expertise, and played meaningful roles in several important transactions including Actavis' $70bn acquisition of Allergan, Actavis' $28bn acquisition of Forest Laboratories, Mallinckrodt’s $690MM divestiture of its Nuclear Imaging Business, Upsher-Smith Laboratories' divestiture of its women's health brands, and Galena Biopharma’s divestiture of its Abstral and Zuplenz brands.

Mr. Sand received an Honours B.Comm degree from the University of Toronto.

Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Yajnik1 worked in Wells Fargo’s Telecom, Media and Technology investment banking group in New York where he advised large and mid-cap clients on mergers & acquisitions and debt capital markets related activities. Previously, Mr. Yajnik spent five years in India where he worked as an investment banker at Citigroup and Nomura (erstwhile Lehman Brothers) and as a private equity investor at CA Media, a media sector focused investment firm. Prior to his time in India, Mr. Yajnik worked in the Communications and Media Group in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers in New York.

Mr. Yajnik speaks Hindi and Gujarati fluently. He graduated from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.

Ms. Smith is in charge of all administrative and operational aspects of the Company.

Prior to joining TAP, Ms. Smith1 was a Vice President of Acquisitions and Real Estate Development for the Athena Group, where she analyzed real estate investments for Athena’s private equity fund and assisted in managing large real estate development projects in both the Las Vegas and Washington DC areas. Ms. Smith began her career at Prudential Securities working as an Analyst in the Consumer Investment Banking Group, followed by Deutsche Bank as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group as a generalist, and Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group and MSREF fund as a Summer Associate. After receiving her MBA, she joined the New York City Economic Development Corporation where she was an Assistant Vice President managing large-scale real estate development projects for the City of New York, including the new Yankee Stadium and Queens West in Long Island City, and spearheading economic development initiatives throughout the boroughs of Queens and the Bronx.

Ms. Smith graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Economics and received an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
