MARIO CALDERON, ASSOCIATE

Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Calderon1 was a Summer Associate at Banorte Ixe’s Investment Banking Division focused mainly on M&A and ECM transactions across a number of industries. Prior to joining Banorte Ixe, Mr. Calderon worked at PC Capital primarily focusing on M&A advisory. Mr. Calderon began his career as a Management Consultant at Everis where he worked on a wide range of industries and executed a variety of both domestic and cross-border strategic advisory projects.

Mr. Calderon earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Additionally, he graduated summa cum laude from Universidad Iberoamericana with a B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He is fluent in Spanish.

NATHAN CAO, ASSOCIATE - LONDON

Prior to joining TAP Advisors, Mr. Cao was at Arowana & Co. focusing on direct private equity and principal investments in the consumer retail and education sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Cao was a senior analyst in the M&A advisory team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch working on transactions across a broad range of industries.

Mr. Cao graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.

Bob Test, ASSOCIATE - LONDON

Prior to joining TAP Advisors, Mr. Cao was at Arowana & Co. focusing on direct private equity and principal investments in the consumer retail and education sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Cao was a senior analyst in the M&A advisory team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch working on transactions across a broad range of industries.


Mr. Cao graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.

MEET KANODIA, ASSOCIATE - LONDON

Prior to joining TAP Advisors, Mr. Kanodia was at HSBC focusing on M&A advisory for capital goods and diversified industrials sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Kanodia worked as an analyst in TMT advisory at Société Générale and as an Equity Derivatives trader at Crédit Agricole.

Mr. Kanodia graduated from IIT Delhi with a B.Tech. degree in Electrical engineering and a Masters in Management from ESCP Europe. He speaks Hindi, French and conversational Spanish.


JONATHAN LASALA, ASSOCIATE

Prior to joining TAP, Mr. LaSala1 was an Associate in Deloitte's Business Valuation Group where he performed transaction advisory services in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. LaSala spent time as a Teaching Associate at Training the Street where he supported instructors in the training and development of incoming classes of newly hired investment bankers. Mr. LaSala began his career at a family owned commercial real estate investment and development company located in the tri-state area.

Mr. LaSala earned his MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.


MARKUS POLLEICHTNER, ASSOCIATE

Prior to joining TAP Advisors, Mr. Polleichtner was an Analyst in the M&A Advisory team at Commerzbank in Frankfurt, working across a broad range of industries. Prior to that he completed internships in the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Bank and with a mid-market private equity fund. He is also the co-founder of an e-commerce company.

Mr. Polleichtner graduated from the University of Mannheim with a M.Sc. in Management with a specialization in Finance. He studied abroad at the University of Sydney and the ESSEC Business School (Paris). Mr. Polleichtner is fluent in German and speaks conversational French.

DANIEL POLIKOFF, ASSOCIATE

Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Polikoff1 was a Summer and Part Time Associate at Brooks Houghton & Company focusing on middle market M&A advisory.  Prior to joining BHC, Mr. Polikoff worked at Deutsche Bank as an Assistant Vice President in Global Technology’s Business Intelligence group.   Mr. Polikoff began his career at Morgan Stanley where he would eventually become a Manager within the Financial Control Group focusing on firm-wide reporting and budgeting.

Mr. Polikoff graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. degree in Economics and received an MBA degree from the New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with specializations in Finance and Accounting.  Mr. Polikoff is conversant in Russian.


POOJA EPPANAPALLY, ANALYST

Prior to joining TAP Advisors, Ms. Eppanapally was a Summer Analyst in Barclays' Credit Risk division, where she worked on transactions across the energy sector. 

Ms. Eppanapally graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business in 2015 with a B.S. in Business and Political Economy. She studied abroad in London and Shanghai for three semesters. 


PETER W KIM, ANALYST

Prior to joining TAP Advisors, Mr. Kim was an Analyst at Aleutian Capital Group, where he focused on M&A advisory across various industries. Prior to that, Mr. Kim worked as a Summer Analyst in the Strategic Client Coverage Group at Standard Chartered Korea, where he focused on cross-border M&A advisory for transactions in the chemical and energy sectors.

Mr. Kim graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing. He is fluent in Korean.

DAO LE, ANALYST

Prior to joining TAP Advisors, Mr. Le worked at BDA Partners, a New York-based investment bank focusing on executing cross-border M&A transactions involving Asia. Prior to that, he was a summer analyst at Rosemark Capital, a private equity firm in Princeton, NJ, where he was responsible for sourcing investments and conducting due diligence in the healthcare technology industry.

Mr. Le was awarded a full scholarship to attend Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, and graduated summa cum laude with Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Philosophy. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese, and conversant in Mandarin.


CHRISTOPHER MACKIE, ANALYST

Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Mackie1 was an analyst in Baker Tilly Capital's Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he focused on lower middle-market M&A advisory assignments in the consumer and industrials sectors. Prior to joining Baker Tilly Capital, Mr. Mackie worked at Grant Thornton as a Certified Public Accountant in the Tax and Business Advisory departments.

Mr. Mackie graduated from James Madison University with degrees in finance and accounting, and received an M.S. in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.  Mr. Mackie is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New Jersey.


RAYMOND PANG, ANALYST

Prior to joining TAP Advisors, Mr. Pang was a Summer Analyst in the Corporate Strategy/M&A team at HSN, Inc. (HSNi), an interactive multichannel retailer.

Mr. Pang graduated from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, with a B.S. in Finance and Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology. He speaks Mandarin Chinese.


ALEX M ROBERTS, ANALYST

Prior to joining TAP, Mr. Roberts was an Analyst at Etradex Corp, where he focused on cross-border M&A advisory. Prior to that, Mr. Roberts worked at Wolfe Research Securities, where he was a Summer Analyst in M&A advisory, primarily in the transportation sector.

Mr. Roberts graduated from Hobart College in 2014, with degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies. He is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Honor Society in Economics.


WILLIAM G SMITHLINE, ANALYST

Prior to joining TAP Advisors, Mr. Smithline was a Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on the healthcare and energy sectors. Prior to working at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mr. Smithline worked at Tailwind Capital, a private equity fund focused on middle market growth oriented companies in healthcare, business and communications services, and Scoggin Capital Management, a multi-strategy event driven hedge fund. 

Mr. Smithline graduated in 2015 from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Business and a concentration in Finance. He served as captain of NYU’s varsity tennis team, on which he played for four years. 


JUNMHAR SURATOS, ANALYST - LONDON

Prior to joining TAP Advisors, Mr. Suratos was an analyst at Rothschild focusing on M&A advisory across different industries in Italy (including consumer retail, healthcare, and energy). Prior to that, Mr. Suratos worked as a consultant within the Transaction Services department at PwC performing due diligence activity.

Mr. Suratos graduated from Luiss Guido Carli University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a M.Sc. in Corporate Finance. He is fluent in Italian.


PATRICIA M VITAL, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Prior to joining TAP, Ms. Vital worked at an electrical design and construction firm in New York. Previously, she worked at the University of Southern Nevada library, aiding in its collection expansion as the University grew from a pharmacy program to include nursing and MBA programs. Ms. Vital began her career in the Medical Library at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada and brings with her over 15 years of administrative experience.

Ms. Vital has basic knowledge of Italian and has sung in 17 different languages.
